23kg down looking for friends

I'm not looking for the best food or daily streak people, I am looking for people who are open and willing to share ideas and have been focusing for over a month as I'm not interested in people's fads.

I'm not strict on types of foods I eat as long as I'm under 1200 cals a day. I aim for 5 days of healthy eating.
I do 4-5 days of weights and core exercises and fallen in love with free weights. I do enjoy running but have a ruptured disc so can't do it now. My focus is on endurance training so I don't get 10k steps everyday, if that's not a problem add me.
