Working out the calories in a hand made pizza.

My local Asda (Walmart) has a counter where you can get pizzas made with your favourite toppings, they're really good! Better than delivery pizza and much cheaper, I usually get a plain 10" one, add vegetables and eat half for lunch.
Unfortunately there is no nutrition info available for them, and its hard to estimate how much sauce etc is used. Any ideas?
This is the exact one: http://groceries.asda.com/asda-webstore/landing/home.shtml?cmpid=ad-_-ghs-_-easier-shooping-_-Food-image#/product/1209372
