I've noticed that my belly is slightly assymetrical. It's weird.0

It is likely a posture issue.
Very few people are perfectly symmetrical.0 -

It might also have to do with type of exercise. Asymmetrical sports such as tennis, fencing or golf develop the two sides of the body differently. It might not be uneven weight lose, but rather uneven muscle development.0

Bodies are asymmetrical
I'm right handed and spent a while wondering why my left side was stronger, totally forgetting I broke my right leg in 3 places, 25 years ago
I have a friend with a size 11 right foot and size 9 left
Another friend has one E cup boob and the other is a B
Nobody notices0 -

I've noticed something similar in my body - more definition on the left side of my abdomen/obliques than on the right. The muscles there have been worked a bit more because I have a better range of motion on that side and I have some tension in my right hip that in turn means it doesn't move as well.
Something tells me if I start lifting heavy it'll balance out eventually.

i'm all sorts of lopsided. the curve of my left hip looks completely different than the right. the small of my waist is higher up on side side than the other. that's the way bodies are. we also don't move evenly, so i could see that having asymmetrical results. you can target muscles for balance, but if it's fat, not much you can to about that.0
