I am new to the group. Need to have support as desperate to lose unhealthy weight but yo yo - ing on my own

    hello, you are not on your own here!its very tough trying to loose weight and stay there once you have, i have been on diets forever and my fitness pal trained me to eat the right foods so now i am sticking to the 1200 most days, there are little slips but you cant be too hard on yourself, must have the odd treat.i have lost 5 pounds in the last 3 weeks, try a fruit and veg juice diet, you can fill yourself up with a large juice to replace a meal, dont have too many apples or pears though, they are a bit high on sugar, cut out all the fats and bread if you can too, although you must have a little fat in the diet because we need a little fat each day, hope all this helps,
