Hi anybody no a good diet to go on to lose lot of weight

    Calorie controlled using the daily sheet on MFP. This gives you ownership of your own choices and how they fit into your calorie allowance. Over time it will help to change your choices to help prevent you going back to the ways that led you to become overweight in the first place. Planning is important. If you can manage some exercise this will also help.

    Diets not a good term . I agree start by counting calories once you get that down then you can start breaking down your macros. Feel free to add me I don't know what me helping .
