I'm Lisa and I have picked up myfitnesspal again to help to track my weight loss. I lost just over a stone last year and I felt great. Ideally I need to loose another 3 but am happy to keep a steady and healthy pace.
I am lucky to have two dogs that I walk twice a day and with my family I don't get the time for exercise classes or the gym.
I am trying to avoid starch as a dietitian has recommended this for good weight loss.
Plus I'm on holiday at the end of May so. Need to feel a bit better in my cossie around the pool.
Would be nice to hear any advice or tips.
Good luck all x
