Need some help plz

Hi there all my names Tom and I been battling a food addition I was 31st about 3 years ago and am I went down to 14st but once I stopped I put a bit on am now at 16.5st and I can't lose weight no matter what I do am been on about 800 cal deficit every day and I do 15 min on a punch bag every morning and 5 sets of barbell bend over rows and 3 sets of dumb bells and am just starting to do chin ups but can't count 1 lol I all so have fibromyalgia can any one help with some advice thank you

    Since you have a diagnosis of fibromyalgia (from a doctor?) you have been given medication for that or not?

    All I can say, is to continue with small goals on both the diet (defict) and exercise.. You are learning new habits for a life time. Set small goals you can achieve... when the goals are too big, you may get frustrated and give up..

    Keep doing what you are doing. And with the exercise, I would make sure you keep in contact with your medical doctor and adhere to doctors recommendations.

    edited to add: if you have a true "food addiction" or some sort of eating disorder you should also talk to your doctor and see if they can advise you on how to loose weight and exercise.
