iPhone app not updating food not picking up steps

Since some time back I'm not getting my data synced but only saved locally. Also my steps (iPhone 5s) are not getting into the app in my iPhone. I have tried taking the step counter in MFP off, then logoff MFP and restart the app and login again + put step counter on. That has helped some times, but not now.
What has changed and how can I make all work again?
I'm also not able to post this discussion to 'Tech Support', but get 'You do not have permission to post in this category'. Has my account been corrupted?
