Hi I'm David. I used to use this a lot but got sidetracked by work and family issues - and now I'm back on. Fortunately I managed to keep working out thought, although sporadic.

id like to join an outdoor running (at your own pace), biking, walking group in Fredericksburg Virginia, where I'm living now.
