Hi! My name is Laura. I've been using the My Fitness Pal for about 3 months now to track my food and exercise. I really like the fact that I can join communities on here for support. I would like to hear about any ideas and options I could use to get over my hurdles for weight loss. It has been a battles for me for years and I would really like to win this battle and get healthy and strong! My biggest problem is eating the "right" carbs, fats and proteins. Any help would be appreciated. I don't no how to add people as friends, or if you can do it from the forum, but if we can, I would love to connect!!
