Zumba Fitness added to the Database

Hi Everyone!

I noticed that Zumba Fitness has been added to the database when you search for exercises, do you think the cal. burned is accurate? Thanks!

    They probably used the Zumba website's numbers.

    Just use it. None of the exercise numbers are "perfect". Adjust if necessary. This isn't an exact science - there is a huge error factor at play, adjust accordingly.

    It's hard to tell how much effort you are putting into it.

    It is probably accurate for somebody, maybe for you, maybe not. Just like all the other burn estimates. I agree with CMriverside - use it if you can't track it for yourself.
