Hi. Just looking to find other MFP users who go to Curves. I just joined and really love it.

I joined Curves for the second time on February 1 ,2015. After three months i have lost 17 pounds and 19.25 inches. I go to Curves 4 x a week. I was a member back in 2004-2007 and lost 30 pounds in approximately 5 months. I love Curves, it's quick, effective, and you get out of it what you put in. They now have incorporated Jillian Michaels workouts as well. Just did my first one on Weds and it was a great workout. I know a few people doing the Beachbody/Shakeology thing daily, they have not experienced anywhere near the results I have.

Thanks Cheryl!! I actually was only going on a free pass, and then when I was ready to join the lady there that day asked if I could wait until the owner was there to do the paperwork. lol
Anyway, I'm on the fence because I also wanted to do weight lifting because I heard you get really fast results but not sure if I can do both. I've been talking to a few trainers, but so far haven't found one I like for the money it costs. I really like Curves so I'm still thinking I should join. From what you said, as well as some members at the one I went to, it sounds like you do get great results there. Too bad I haven't heard anything good about their "Curves Complete" program that includes nutrition. I would love that, but it's all online and I hear the website is not so good. Oh well, keep me posted on your progress. I have a feeling I will be joining soon. :-)

I don't do the Curves Complete so I really can't comment too much other then it's a high protein type diet and it costs more! I use MFP to keep me on track calorie and nutritionally wise. If time is a factor for you, I would highly suggest Curves. Last week I started using the Smart Card and wow, it has really pushed me. I'm excited to weigh and measure again, who says that?! Let me know if you join, I think you will happy!
