New, start weight 160, I am now 150 using this app to get to my next goal weight which is 140. I'm on a 1,600 calorie diet and I exercise at the gym about twice a week.

Just remember when that its 80% what you take in 20% what you put out. If you need any tips I myself went from being 375 and down to 325.0
