Taking a 1-2 day break from 30 day shred due to huge boil

I just started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred the other day and am LOVING it...I was surprised that I had been able to get through level 1 with weights the whole time, considering that I'm not exactly that fit....it really kicked my butt, though.
Anyways, after the workout, I realized that my boil (which I thought was a pimple at first, til it came to a huge head) on my inner thigh (the leg crease, near the *ahem*) had worsened and kinda got inflamed...
I want to stop the workout for about a day or two to allow it to heal (since I've experienced boils before, they took quite a while to heal, and exercising in the past had only worsened them)...
And I know Jillian Michaels is kinda against breaks, since she said changes wouldn't happen if we took too long of a break with her workout...
So would it greatly affect me if i took a day or two off to let my boil heal?

I don't think JM is against breaks - she suggests having ones between levels.
But it is best to let yourself heal, especially with the sore spot in such a tender area! You don't want to make it worse!0 -
Not only that, but a boil is an infection which can get worse. Take care of yourself! (hate those suckers:grumble: ) I didn't realize until it spread that I should have covered it. I kept working out and ended up with another on the other side:sick:

thanks, I almost thought I'd be a wimp if I stopped exercising just because of that, but thankfully hearing it from you guys that it's pretty serious, I feel relieved lol. Will it cancel out the first two days of hard work that I did, though?0
