Hi all!
My goal is to become a healthier me. I would like to lose 30 pounds. I've been saying this since my first year in college which was 15 years ago. I yo yo diet and I'm never happy with myself because I lose some and then gain some. It's a vicious cycle that I'm sure a lot of people can relate too. Lately I've gotten out of control again and I need to start fresh. I would love some friends to hold me accountable. My job is high stressed and I travel a lot so that is a down side since I'm not cooking a lot. It's time for me to do this! I'm ready and would love anyone to give me tips or encouragement:) thanks!

Hey. You travel a lot but you can still make good choices and some restaurants can accommodate you by asking for smaller portions of meals so your not eating a lot more than you need. It all begins with your mindset and how bad you really want it though. You have to tell yourself mentally to be strong and ask yourself if the feeling from eating those dorritos is really worth your long term health and of course the feeling bad about yourself afterwards. You have to find the perfect balance for yourself so you also don't feel deprived of enjoying certain meals also.
