The temptation to binge is so strong. How do I stop myself?

It's the weekend and I'm so tempted to binge. Any tips/suggestion that help you get over your temptation?

My best strategy to avoid overeating is simply to keep myself busy. Housework, reading, writing, exercise, anything to keep my mind away from food. I know that my main triggers are boredom and gloom, so I try to avoid having nothing to do. Best of luck!0

It's hard for me to binge when I am exercising- so I try to do that when I am tempted. I also try to eat high fiber low calorie foods to fill me (veggies, fruit) up OR high calorie, high fat foods (just not too much) to keep me feeling satisfied- nuts, seeds, eggs, cheese.0

I find having a lollipop really helps. It helps with the sugar cravings and they last a while. Therey not too bad on the calories either.0
