The temptation to binge is so strong. How do I stop myself?

It's the weekend and I'm so tempted to binge. Any tips/suggestion that help you get over your temptation?

    I find that chewing gum really helps

    My best strategy to avoid overeating is simply to keep myself busy. Housework, reading, writing, exercise, anything to keep my mind away from food. I know that my main triggers are boredom and gloom, so I try to avoid having nothing to do. Best of luck!

    It's hard for me to binge when I am exercising- so I try to do that when I am tempted. I also try to eat high fiber low calorie foods to fill me (veggies, fruit) up OR high calorie, high fat foods (just not too much) to keep me feeling satisfied- nuts, seeds, eggs, cheese.

    I find having a lollipop really helps. It helps with the sugar cravings and they last a while. Therey not too bad on the calories either.
