I have been using quest protein powder for shakes for the last few weeks and it is the thickest protein powder I have ever encountered. It literally grows in the blender. My question is has anyone mixed it into oats with good results. If so how much Half scoop, full scoop? Thanks.

My protein powder is pretty thick too so I'll usually not mix in more than a 1/2 scoop. Most days I just do 1/4 scoop. Otherwise the oatmeal had a weird texture.

I add about 1/4 scoop of Quest's vanilla milkshake powder to a serving of quaker's old fashioned oats and prepare it with vanilla soy or almond milk. I'll even add a tablespoon of Justin's maple almond nut butter if I really want something spectacular, but any nut butter works good, even pumpkin flavored tollhouse morsels when they're available!
Experiment! I found they work better when I'm mixing the oatmeal myself (in which case you can generally add it to taste and see when it's starting to be too much), rather than adding it to already prepared oatmeal.
    I love Quest's powder though!
