Anyone love his/her food scale? Would love some recommendations, thanks!

Ozeri seems to make pretty decent food scales. I have the Ozeri Touch Professional, but I've seen people post about being equally as happy with the cheaper Ozeri Pronto Digital .0

Bump. I'm looking for a new scale where I can put a heavy pot or pan on it and weigh ingredient for recipes. I'd also like the base to be larger so I can put a dinner size plate in it and still see the readout. I currently have this one http://www.salterusa.com/salter_us/catalog-us/kitchen-scales/glass-nutritional-scale.html
It's good but I must have the older version that only goes to 5 pounds. But it's hard to read with a dinner plate.0 -

I just replaced a cheaper one with this one and I love it. Goes up to 11lb too, which is great when I want to weigh something in a pot or glass mixing bowl. I love that there are no buttons too, because my old one's were constantly sticking.0 -
I think it might depend on where you are from.
I live in Canada and bought a nice starfrit on sale at Canadian Tire...it's going on 2 years now...changed the battery 2x so far...it's great.0 -

My dinner plates probably weigh that much by themselves!0 -
I really like mine. I got it at Target - it's a Taylor. Mine goes to 12 pounds and you can switch between measurement and also tare when you measure with a bowl, for instance. It's kind of square shaped, with a glass top that is appx 8" across. It was $20 US.0
