Ive recently begun working on a healthier eating lifestyle and am looking for new ideas. Any good foods to eat or recipes to try? What kinds of foods will boost my energy?
I also am looking for different foods I can bring to work that is quick and easy. Also any breakfasts that will start my day off right?

    Hi:
My suggestion is to start with your favorite food and use your creativity to make them "Healthier version 2.0".
I like pastas, so I prepare my own pesto or pomodoro sauce from scratch and I use "whole wheat" pasta.
Instead of fried eggs, I now eat boiled eggs.
Instead of fried chicken, I bake it with herbs.
I replace cereal from a box with oatmeal, cooked from scratch with cinnamon stick, diced raw apple and some almond milk. served with cinnamon powder and fresh blueberries.
Just google the dish you want and check the ingredients. I use the recipe with less packaged items.
Good luck in your healthy journey

I do the same...take my favorites and adjust them. I also try and keep it simple as much as possible
Breakfast is usually some sort of easy protein....cottage cheese or greek yogurt
Lunch is typically Chicken, Apples, Celery...either plain and separate OR diced an mix with a little light mayo for a delicious salad
Dinners are more variable, lean proteins, veggies and whatever else....some of my favorites are:
Turkey burger with blue cheese and smothered in mushrooms
Stuffed baked potato or sweet potato (again with mushrooms, onions, gravy)
BBQ chicken breast, roasted brussel sprouts
If I don't have many calories left, I will enjoy an artichoke...low cal and a favorite of mine!
