The final step to a new me

Hello! I'm Joanne. I'm 35 and a year ago I left my abusive marriage with nothing (literally) and have spent the past 12 months rebuilding myself in every way, except for one: my health! It's definitely time for me to take control and get my body matching my mindset - strong, independent and ready for the future.
I'd love to meet some friends along the way! I've got a lot to lose, so I'm hoping to be around for a while to see this through to the end!
