I've had the myfitnesspal app on my phone for ages, but I thought I would start using the forums more as they look very motivating. I don't have much weight to lose, my BMI is about 20.5 last time I checked, but I'm really interested in living a healthy and active lifestyle. I'm also gluten intolerant which obviously makes it so much easier to ban "bad" carbs with little nutritional value like bread, pasta, cake, pastry, etc and replace them with more healthy stuff. So yeah, don't really know what else to put, but that's a little bit about me
