Hi all,
I am R, writer and editor based in India. MFP has helped me learn the meaning of portion control and I am so glad to be here! It's amazing read so many success stories... you guys rock! Please do buddy me if you need motivation and support
OASD, I would really love it if someone can guide me what fitness level I am: I spend an hour every day on exercise, and an extra hour on household chores (home cleaning, tidying up etc)
I also spend 4-5 hours sitting in front of a PC (typing / researching) and 1-2 hours watching TV.
Can I term myself as lightly active?

- On the days that I go to gym (mon/wed/fri) I do a medley of exercises, such as treadmill, elliptical, cycling, weights, and stretches - at least 60 min.
- On other days, it is 30 min walking, 15 min abs and 15 min stretching.
I also spend 4-5 hours sitting in front of a PC (typing / researching) and 1-2 hours watching TV.
Can I term myself as lightly active?
