Accountability/Mini Goals Thread

I used to find myself making excuses....but not anymore! I've become far more accountable through my use of mini goals. I know this concept isn't new, but I've just begun to discover the joy of it!
Basically, at the start of every week, I create a to-do list of everything I need to get done at home, a workout schedule (as to how many reps/sets and the weights I'll use), and a list of mini goals for the week.
I used to get so discouraged. I'd work hard, never see the results I was hoping for, and then I'd give up. Now, I have little goals to work towards that really don't have anything to do with weight or inches or clothing sizes. I found that the number one reason I kept failing is because I know what my goal weight is, and I know how far away that is. Now, on Saturdays, I keep my motivation because I have reached some of my goals. No, they aren't big and extravagant...but they are leading to a bigger goal of mine.
So, I thought I'd share some of my mini goals for this week.
1. Follow the workout schedule I've created for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. (Monday was already a success!)
2. When watching Netflix, in between episodes do 25 crunches, 25 push-ups, and 2-10 second front planks.
3. No binge snacking...all of the snacks in our house are healthy (after a good grocery shopping trip on Saturday) and pre-measured out into serving sizes. One and done!
I have 3 relatively easy goals. I'm excited to accomplish them!
