Hi, I made crack slaw a little while ago and started the 21 day fix today. I would like to eat it (if it's ok with the plan...still learning) before it goes bad.
Does anyone know what the portions are...this shouldn't be that confusing to me :/

@ladybg81 I think it is some sort of hot slaw with meat in it. here is a redjfoodie.com/Crack-Slawcipe I found.

@willRUN4Beer I'm sure it depends on your recipe. How many cups did the whole thing make? Use your recipe builder to figure out how many calories the whole thing is. Divide whole recipe by number of cups it made.

If your outcome seems like a lot of calories for a 1 cup serving size, then adjust your serving size. Personally I try to make my "servings" in sizes of 200 or 150 calories.

    Hope this helped!

I usually make it in 4-6 servings (1/4lb to 1/6 lb of ground meat each).

I didn't use my recipe builder thing :(...I believe I got the recipe on Pinterest, I didn't know there were so many variations...I think mine was easy/original? A bag of cabbage, 1lb ground turkey, soy sauce, onions...ect. The calories were low and the protein was high which I loved. I also used ground turkey instead of beef which made it a little lighter too.
I'll either freeze it until I figure out more about what I'm doing or just heat up a cup or so. Thanks for all of your replies!
