Life is not easy.

Let's face It, if we all could eat %100 perfect we wouldn't be overweight. Add me if you want encouragement, not negativity.

We all have those days we eat something we shouldn't. Or we don't want to work out. Maybe out period of getting the best of us! Lol. I love this forum for the fact that I feel uplifted.
So add me for a judge free friend. I won't reprimand MFP friends. I am sure we all are hard enough on ourselves. I know I am.

    My dr had me on a diet a couple of years back. He told me "you don't have to be perfect doing this", but I'm the type when I've given something, I feel like I need to be a perfectionist. After 3 months and not dropping weight, I almost had a full breakdown. I was so hard on myself that whole time and learned that wasn't the way to be. Now I just try to be more positive with myself and support others.
