Splitting up food diary entries

Hi, I'm still new to the site and figuring things out. In the food diary section I add the individual foods that I'm putting into my meals or that are in my meals and getting the totals just fine. But today, for instance, I made some oatmeal that I plan to spread out a couple days only doing like a small bowl a day. Is there a way I can work in the diary that I'm not eating like 1 cup of oatmeal, etc in one day? Thanks

Weighing and measuring your food would fix this..
You can use the recipe builder, put in all the ingredients and create the number of servings you plan for the oatmeal to be.. this would still be an estimate or an approximate if you did not measure and weigh..0 -
Yep. I make batches of food, especially for dinner. I use the recipe builder to put all of the ingredients in, then the servings. MFP will divide the nutrient total by the servings.
