My motivation is back pain issues from several accidents. I was at 219... Not my highest weight but I knew I had to work on changing my relationship with food.... That watching the clock like a hawk so I could shovel food in my mouth thing. I decided slow and steady would have to win the race so the first thing I did is worked my way up to 8 glasses of water a day. What a challenge !!! Next' got my self off the sofa. Started toning exercises just to get moving. My back said I don't think so ( I had my docs permission before I started) but I kept plugging away at it. It's been such a slow process. Insert an accountability partner. I knew to make thing work I needed motivation. I live in small town America now (recent move) so no option for a gym. I found people on FB and Instagram who are really working hard and it got me doing the same. At day 60 I have reached a plateau.urrrgggg
