Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Well I am holding at my gain from last week, so I am going to change my ticker...

I have got to stop snacking in the evenings. I hadn't snacked for the most part in almost a year and now it seems every night I snack. I know better, but even though I am telling myself to smarten up I still do it. So this week my goal is to not eat after 8 pm. I don't need a loss I think I just need to prove I can do it.

I have forgotten to post exercise minutes the last couple of weeks. Are we still doing that? If so last week 150 minute and the week before 180.
