Tips? Advice?

Hello!

Im Emily :) i had a weight loss sucess (or so it seemed) i lost 3stone and was very happy with my weight.

In the past year though ive gained it all back! I have a new job (desk job). I cannot cook (i am both lazy and unskilled). In a new relationship (With a CHEF!) And i pick (A LOT).

Anyone got any good tips about losing weight, gaining muscle and staying that way?

Also SUPER easy healthy recipes would be greatly appreciated. (Im cooking for one so i dont feel like making anything spesh just for all that washing up!)
