I had been struggling with overwhelming tiredness for the past 15 years. Finally, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and my world began to make sense. I am finally ready to attack my weight issues with a much better understanding of what I am dealing with. Any M.S. dieters with advice for me? It would be much appreciated! :)

I was also diagnosed with MS this year. I have been extremely tired I also have leg issues cramping and giving out on me at times, I have voice issues at the moment. I joined myfitness pal in hopes of finding others going through the same issues that I am and that are trying to get healthy. If anyone has any suggestions on where to begin is there a certain diet that is best for us? As far as exercise I am going to try walking and then on bad days upper body only. If you ladies want to friend request me please do so we can help each other on this journey.

I don't have MS but I suffer from cataplexy so my legs give out in me from time to time. Or I will suffer collaspes. I have noticed staying away from wheat helps me stay upright more and my nervous system functions better!

Thanks! I have heard about gluten and the link to neurological disorders. I have considered going full paleo. Its a very big step to take. You say gluten free works well for you? Maybe I will start there and see what happens.
