Hey, im Alex, I joined Myfitnesspal sometime last year and "religiously" tracked my food intake and exercise..for a few months, then i got tired of the routine and told myself that "i was just going to eat better and didnt need to track it. Last year i weighed in at a stout 219 and was content with that. But in the last few months i noticed jiggling where there was no jiggling before...and even thought i still hit the weights i noticed i was gaining more than i wanted to but i sort of shrugged it off as "winter weight and thought little of it. Last week i had a doctor's appointment for some elbow issues ("golfer's elbow" ..even thought i dont golf) and the nurse clocked me in at a very fat 234lbs..seeing that made me decide to stop ignoring the "winter weight" and start paying attention to what i eat and how much. I need to be honest with myself. That's where the myfitnesspal program comes in. I could use some friends for support, motivation, and recipe and exercise exchanges
