Supersets 3 days a week n nailing my diet to go finally get lean or would I be better just doing bro split 6 days a week?

    I, personally, don't like using split for leaning (cutting). How much lean do you want to get? How masculine are you? How is your cardiovascular stamina?

    10% would be ideal can handle lactic acid/german body composition workouts ok not massive fan of cardio.fairly masculine I think lol can deadlift 235kg squat 160kg bench 115 kg
