hi guys! I've just downloaded this app as I've heard so many good things about it... I'm planning to try and track my eating habits genuinely here, hoping that it'll help me be more aware of my eating habits.

    Welcome aboard! Yes MFP is a great tool to get you to where you want to go! I've been using it for 6 months and am almost at my 50% goal!
