Newbie here! :)

Hi everyone :) I'm new here so thought that I should introduce myself! I'm an artist living in New Zealand, 22 years old, and currently 98 KG. My goal here is to lose enough so that I can be stronger, more flexible, and healthy and toned. I would like to lose down to around 80 KG. I love food, but have grown(no pun intended lol) a respect for it, and am eating more moderately and creatively. I have a lot of water retention(especially in my feet and hands), and so hoping to lose that as well. Any tips and help is much appreciated!
