If you add 'raw' or 'cooked' you'll find something without an *.

I try to scan the bar codes on the foods i buy. You will find many values and not know what to enter without it, chicken breast i buy 4kg box scan the bar code then just add for sauces or what ever i add

feel free to use any of my entries. I have manually added the correct nutritional information (from website research) for a number of fresh items i use all of the time. If you search "AJL chicken breast" or "AJL cherry tomatoes" etc youl find the right info.

Before you toss out the wrapper, flip it over and see what the nutrition label on the package says. Pick the entry that is the closest to it in weight and calories.

packages of fresh chicken breasts do not have nutritional information listed on them.
