Hello Sleevers
I had my gastric sleeve surgery September 23, 2013 in Mobile Alabama. I had a hip replacement August 2014 so there hasn't really been a lot of exercise going on except for my physical therapy after the hip replacement.
For months after my sleeve surgery I had a little over a year of awful acid reflux. Then I finally made up my silly mind to go back to my surgeon I needed help with this bad chest burning. But at times now I find myself wishing that the new medicine had not completely taken care of the acid reflux because since then I find myself snacking more and more and now it's a 13 lbs weight gain back.
I have to truly get myself back on track, If there is anyone who has a weight gain problem after your surgery and would like to work with me and get back on track please let's work together. I took my new 6 month old Maltese puppy for a walk with me today. What use to take me one hour to walk took me one hour and twenty minutes.
I spent more time pulling him (Barcuz) back and trying not to let him make me fall, it was a hard walk keeping him from between my feet, well we both are learning and he's taking classes with his trainer. Hopefully in a few months we'll both have this walking down pat.
