I would love to find others in San Fran area to help motivate each other. I let the weight creep up and exercise lapse. Trying to get back on track

    I'm over the hill in Burlingame! Welcome aboard! I'm about 50% done on my journey... well weight wise, but I figure it will take 3x longer to lose the next 50%.
