Velita here. Joined almost 2 years ago, never really used the app because I was so used to myplate but myplate is no longer working for me.
Overall goal drop 20 lbs
Lose fat and gain some MuScLe
to achieve this I have to work on my diet and meal planning.
Once I reach my goal I will reevaluate to determine if I should lose more.
5'8.5 and 185.
Im told i carry my weight well. I have an athletic build, carry my weight pretty even but mostly hips, bum and thighs.
I aim to feel like my strong bada*s self again.
