Getting active...need ideas

I work 2 night shift jobs and getting PA in after a 12 hr shift seems impossible because I feel like all I'm capable of doing is passing out. So what kind of things do you do to get PA in?

    What is your day schedule like? When are the times that you can be active (I will start there, because without knowing when you go to sleep, eat, etc..) it is hard to say..

    I will add this, when exercise becomes important to you (not just to loose weight), but to become a healthy part of your everyday routine (like taking a shower) you will fit this in a window of time of you in the day, morning or night.

    This can be as easy as walking (leisurely to start, then briskly and then vigorously, adding distance, time, etc. to challenge your self) or are you planning to join a gm or do exercises in your home..

    What are your goals? These are important things to consider as you need a starting point.
