Hi. Seems like I "start over" every monday due to business trips, delays in airports and poor food options. Anyone relate? F, 5'6" 148. Would like to get committed and lose those pesky 20 that have joined me over the last 2 years.

    I have a pesky amount of weight too! Traveling is hard on the body, more stress, more eating out and lack of a routine!
