Lose weight or donate

Hi there!
If you are here because you want to lose weight and you're looking for some extra motivation, then this challenge may be interesting for you: set a weight loss goal for the next four weeks, donate to charity if you fail to meet your goal.
1. determine how much weight you want (and expect to be able) to lose in the next 4 weeks (the moment you post is day 0).
2. choose a charity to donate to and set an amount.
For me:
1. I will lose 3 kg in the next four weeks. That means that I will be <82 kg.
2. If I fail I will donate 50 euros to CARE.
You are welcome to join! Good luck!
PS you are free to still donate to charity if you meet your goal. Giving is a good habit
