Do you have a morning ritual or routine you do to keep you on track?? I do, but I'd love to hear what everyone else is doing!

    Wake up,
    drag myself out of bed,
    use the bathroom,
    weigh myself,
    write the weight on the calendar,
    if it's gone down I take a picture & update my ticker,
    feed the cat,
    feed myself,
    log it,
    get on with the day.
