Hi everyone,
I found this site through a friend who suggested I try it out. So far I'm loving the food journal and have just gotten onto the forums. I am a 30 year old single mom children ages 6, 4 and 3 months. My ex husband and I separated shortly after I became pregnant with our 3 rd child. Long story short, he found someone else...I put on a fair bit of weight during my pregnancy and prior due to the stress of an unhappy marriage. I am 5 feet 9 inches tall. I was 225 lbs at my heaviest (and 9 mths pregnant) I am now down to about 183 lbs with a goal weight of 155 lbs. I try to workout 5 or 6 days per week and have been eating 'clean' with the odd very crappy eating day. I have made it my goal to record everything I eat even when I have a crappy eating day. I need to hold myself accountable for my poor eating choices. Between being a single mom and keeping up with everything that entails, I am still making time to make myself healthy. Sure is hard but glad to see so many success stories on here!
