I joined a few months ago but never used mfp until a couple days ago. I have no problem working out, I love my polar ft7 heart rate monitor that keeps track of calories burned. It's the food I have a problem with. I think that MFP will keep me accountable while I am on my mission to lose my last 30 pounds. It seems overwhelming on here, but I know I can do it... :)
