nutrisystem and my new start

Hi! I am here to say hello and see if anyone is just starting or on nutrisystem. I am on week one after my fast 5! I lost the weight about 4 years ago (65 lbs) but with in the last year gain it back due to depression! (it Suxs) but I can do this again and I will! Looking for support and friends to keep accountable on this journey... Don't have to do nutrisystem to be a friend! Life will happen and we need to get right back up... See that was my fall... I would mess up and say we'll this day is done and I would eat more...so anywho!! This is my #fatgirlstruggles!! Welcome to join me!
