Well hello!!!

Hi all!!! My name is Sharron. I am here because before I had my son (7 years ago) I weighed 130 pounds. Well I stepped on the scale yesterday and I am up to 198 pounds!!!! I need motivation, recipes, tips everything!!! Heeeelllpppo!!!

    Hello today is my first day with fitness pal but I've been battling my weight for 22 years, to say that is sad. On a positive note I changed the way I think about food 2 years ago and all though I've gained some weight back I have kept 30 pounds off for over a year. Now it's time to shed the rest.
