1300 calorie a day for a 4'11 female?

Lose weight tips and motivation. I feel like giving up lol... my bmi says Im 20-23 lb overweight. My tdee says 2228..Bmr says 1311 (light activity.. I did stationary bike last week 20-30 mins.. this morning I did 17 minute tae bo workout and mild stretching(5mins) question.. uhm is this enough to lose weight..

Yes, if your reducing caloric intake, adding a fitness program & modifying your nutritional intake.
