I like it! I am going to do this on my profile page I guess? Your goals seem realistic and gives me something to strive for.
goal; lose 20 lbs in 12 weeks,30-60 minutes of aerobic exercise 5-6 days a week.
Take a bite rather than a piece if can't resist & treat myself only if I have exercised.

my web page is not showing that I have lost anything and I have lost 3.6 lbs. not sure how to fix that. anyway.... God speed!

I have started my journey on may 8 to lose 147lbs and then see where I'm at then. I have been walking or biking and/or both everyday, along with different strength exercises. Goal= lose 20lbs in 12 weeks. My favorite quote/saying right now is "YOU ARE WORTH IT". B)

I'm there with you. I'm trying to lose 20 lbs in 12 weeks as well. Difference for me us the kitchen battle as the primary front and exercise to supplement it no more that 2 days a week since thats the most I'd realistically get after this challenge. Unless we count sex cardio.

I like this, too. I am going to lose 20 lbs in 12 weeks by planning my food, drinking lots of water, and moving throughout the day and walking 3 x's a day.

I'd like to keep this up with you guys. I set a 12-week goal starting about 6.5 weeks ago, but definitely wouldn't hurt to keep going another 12 weeks. While I think I've only lost about 5.5 lbs., I've gone down about 2 clothing sizes. So now, this is more of a measurement goal, than a weight goal. I don't know if it's because I'm focusing on weight training and only doing cardio 3-4 days a week (I'm following a specific plan).
