    I'm not long at this MFP, but I started at 219 and I'm 5'2". Best thing I did for myself is invest in a digital scale. Maybe $20. Worth it's weight in gold. If you're not weighing your food you aren't tracking calories the way you think you are. I did that for a month before and had similar results. Since I purchased my scale I've lost close to 30 pounds since 3/4. Just over 2 months. I weigh every single thing. It makes a big difference for me since my daily allotment is 1200 calories.

    Since you're already putting in so much work and effort, buy the scale. You'll thank yourself. You've already done the hardest work by getting started and exercising!!! Now take the next step and you'll be so happy. You got this!!
