Boosting metabolism

Hello Everyone,
I ve logged in this app for 10 days now, and im loving it, loving the supportive community
Ive been wondering though, im not losing weight at the pace i was hoping for although im strictly committed to my intake plan.
Any tips? Suggestions? That can boost up my metabolism

    The best way I know of the boost your metabolism is exercise, particularly strength training. When you exercise, your body continues burning calories at a faster rate for a few hours after you stop. Also, fat just sits there on your body doing nothing, but muscle burns energy all the time. That's why men tend to have a higher metabolism than women - they have more muscle (generally).

    When you say you're not losing at the pace you expected, how much have you lost? Plus, you've only been at it 10 days... which isn't very long. You need to give things more time.

    When you do not have much weight to lose, you need to be patent. It could take a couple of months to get results that you want. Lifting weights will help.
